As Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at Net Lobster, Tony brings over a decade of NetSuite expertise to the table. His journey in the world of NetSuite began 11 years ago as an administrator, from where he steadily expanded his skills to encompass functional consulting, technical consulting, and advanced scripting. This comprehensive experience forms the foundation of Net Lobster’s technical prowess and innovative solutions.

Tony’s expertise is not limited to NetSuite alone. Having been in the promotional products industry, he understands the complexities that need to be managed, which aligns perfectly with Net Lobster’s industry-specific approach. This unique combination of NetSuite proficiency and industry knowledge allows Tony to craft seamless data management solutions and design systems that simplify complex processes, ultimately helping clients achieve efficiency and success.

Jim Nathanson

Managing Partner and Co-founder

Co-founded in 2020 by industry veteran Jim Nathanson, Net Lobster is a specialized NetSuite consulting firm with a focus on the promotional products industry. Jim’s journey in the industry began in 1987 when he and his brother, Jay, established Target Marketing, a promotional products distributorship in Richmond. Under his leadership, Target Marketing executed high-volume uniform programs, employee incentives and consumer rebates for national and international clients alike. This operational experience, spanning over three decades, forms the bedrock of Net Lobster’s industry-specific approach.

Net Lobster was born out of a recognized need in the market as he observed a gap in the industry knowledge of NetSuite consultants working within it. “We envision a future where industry leaders manage their businesses with creativity and ease.”

Jim’s leadership style, which prioritizes client relationships and employee satisfaction, is reflected in Net Lobster’s culture. This approach stems from his success at Target Marketing, which was repeatedly recognized as a “Best Place to Work” by national publications.
